The VCBC annual AGM will take place on Sunday September 13th, from 2 to 4 pm at the Cameron Band Shell in Beacon Hill Park.
There are two Board member positions available. Interested in getting involved with our history setting organization? Send us an email to hellovcbc@gmail.com for nominations to the Board of Directors. All nominations must be submitted by September 11th.
The Band Stand in Beacon hill park is outdoors, has ample seating, will allow for social distancing, and is wheelchair accessible from the petting zoo parking lot. There will be balloons directing the path to the band stand from the parking lot. Please wear a face covering while attending the AGM to do our part to curb the spread of COVID 19.
